2. Quotes and Payment Terms

  • Free estimates are provided for most services.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • A signed work order may be required before service begins.
  • Payment is due at time of service unless previously arranged.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Appointments may be booked by phone, online, or in person.
  • Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or equipment issues.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Ensure the pool is accessible and ready for service
  • Inform us of issues like chemical imbalance, leaks, or hazards
  • Keep pets secured and walkways clear during scheduled visits

5. Warranty and Service Limitations

We guarantee quality workmanship on eligible services. Warranty does not apply to:

  • Equipment not maintained per manufacturer instructions
  • Water quality issues caused by environmental factors
  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Damage from pool misuse, structural failure, or delayed reporting
  • Issues outside our control (e.g., power failure, weather)

Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the disputed service.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content on our website are the property of Heart of the Valley Pools and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California state law. All disputes shall be resolved in Stanislaus County, CA.
